‘Creating Your Limitless Self Workshop’
EGG STAGE
INTRODUCTION
Carly and I are passionate about nature and harnessing creativity for inner guidance, learning, and problem-solving. We believe that nature enhances intuition and creativity. Inspired by the butterfly's life cycle, we designed this workshop. Butterflies undergo a complete metamorphosis through four stages: Egg, Caterpillar (larva), Chrysalis (pupa), and Adult Butterfly.
Like the caterpillar, we've faced numerous struggles on our journey toward desired life changes. We've embraced mindfulness and creativity for personal growth and to support others in conscious living. Amid the 2020 pandemic, we underwent a significant transformation and pledged to create services and products that promote awareness and fulfillment. Our goal is to harness creativity to enrich our paths and assist others in rebuilding joyful, meaningful lives.
The Creating Your Limitless Self Workshop supports your transformational journey by deepening your awareness of life stages from embryonic to present. Through Meditation Journeys, Intuitive Painting, Soul Writing Sessions, Ceremonies, Mantras, and Toning, you'll navigate your transformation process, shedding old beliefs and embracing your limitless potential. Gain insight, skills, and emotional regulation tools to encourage forgiveness, acceptance, connection, and love. Join us to renew your mindset and promote soul expansion.
Embrace life's cycle of Nature and Creativity, continuously reinventing yourself in the face of uncertainty and wonder. Our life purpose is about finding the reinvention key in our hearts to improve our masterpiece: a life free from fears and limitations.
We're excited to guide you on your journey of limitless creations. Get ready to boost motivation, strengthen confidence, and ignite imaginative powers while aligning your heart and mind for limitless growth.

Disclaimer: This Workshop has been created for the exploration of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours which can lead to greater awareness and possible change and personal growth. Carly and I are sharing our own views and opinions based on our own knowledge and life experiences. This is not a substitute for psychotherapy, nor is this workshop advisable to somebody who suffered severe past trauma, unless they take the workshop with the guidance of a mental health professional. We are not providing medical advice, mental health advice, or religious advice in any way. ALWAYS seek the advice of your own medical provider and or mental health provider regarding any questions or concerns you have about your specific health.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Each workshop stage lasts 2 to 3 hours and is ideally completed over four consecutive weeks—or sooner, if you prefer. Begin by thoroughly reading the guidelines and watching the Intuitive Painting Tutorial to gather your supplies.
Treat this time as sacred, aligning your body, mind, and soul for healing and guidance. Minimize distractions and create a nurturing space with music, candles, cozy clothing, art materials, and snacks. Avoid caffeinated or alcoholic drinks to maintain a high-energy frequency.
Remember, transformation starts within. Prioritize a high-quality environment to fully immerse yourself in this experience.
.
Meditations
Our meditations suit all levels, focusing on accessing the subconscious mind rather than teaching techniques. This deep awareness empowers self-improvement and soul expansion.
We offer meditations for relaxation, inner peace, and heightened awareness of body, thoughts, and emotions. Aligning body and mind fosters harmony and limitless creativity.
Our meditations are music-free for a personalized experience, but you can add music if desired. If your mind wanders, refocus on your breath, body, or surrounding sounds.
Let go of judgment and expectations. Welcome resistance and distractions with curiosity and self-love, as they reveal valuable insights and barriers to change.
Observe thought patterns and emotional reactions—they hold the key to overcoming resistance and embracing transformation.
Soul Writing
Use pen and paper for writing, focusing on expression rather than grammar or style. If writing is challenging, consider making an audio recording. It's crucial to keep a record of your experiences during meditation and painting sessions for two reasons:
It’s important to keep a written or audio track of your thoughts and experience. You might forget important details like images, thoughts, feelings, insights, and emotions, which reveal blockages, fears, desires, and blind spots. These insights are valuable feedback for identifying obstacles to sustainable change and well-being.
Keeping a record allows you to revisit the workshop in the future and compare new outcomes with past experiences. These insights serve as signposts and help you navigate your journey, avoiding past mistakes and fostering growth.
Intuitive Painting
Intuitive Painting is about expressing from your heart without judgment. Let your subconscious guide your hands, revealing your true colors and soul expression. If you feel resistance, it's likely from your critical mind wanting to control or judge the outcome. Remember the freedom of creating as a child, without worrying about right or wrong.
If you're nervous about technical aspects, practice with a pilot canvas before the workshop. Carly suggests using your hands as tools during the session for a deeper connection to emotions and less resistance to the subconscious.

Intuitive practices (meditation, painting and journaling) enhance understanding of unresolved emotions. Begin with a Mindful Breathing Meditation, 'Breathing in the Awareness of the Now,' to ground yourself and relax before starting. Then, dive into the Guided Meditation Journey, 'My Story and I,' to connect challenging emotions with limiting thoughts and beliefs. Follow this with Intuitive Painting and Soul Writing Immersions for deeper insights. Reflect on limiting beliefs and emotions, drawing from your insights and others’.

COMMITMENT INTENTION
Embrace inner guidance with a clear intention in your heart:
"I am open to creating limitless magic and growth from my heart."
WE-CREATE
Meditation Journey, Intuitive Painting & Soul Writing Immersions
BEFORE YOU BEGIN . . .
It's very important that you set up your painting station before starting the meditations to smoothly transition into intuitive painting without interruptions.
During the WE-CREATE section, you'll experience sensations, emotions, images, and sounds, including inner thoughts and voices. Stay open to receiving sensory input from within. Simply observe and follow instructions. Trust your ability to recall information afterward instead of taking notes.
During the Meditation Journey, avoid delving into the origins of negative emotions. Don't get caught up in past stories or analyze hurtful memories. Instead, observe, let them pass, and focus on the present moment. Practice being present, self-love, and self-compassion.
IMPORTANT: BE SURE TO FOLLOW ALL OF THE STEPS IN ORDER.
1. Mindful Breathing Meditation, ’Breathing in the Awareness of the Now.’
This Guided Meditation (15 min) is optional but very beneficial for grounding and relaxation before starting!
2. Meditation Journey, ‘My Story and I
Listen to the Guided Meditation Journey.
If you like, play instrumental music.
Important: You can Pause the Meditation after each stage and make quick notes on a blank page about the impressions you get as you transit each childhood stage. For some people pausing the meditation may be distracting. Others may prefer to keep quick notes to remember the details. Use your own judgment and intuition to comfortably complete the meditation, painting and journaling sections as it best suits your style. There’s no ‘right or wrong.’ All is well . . .
3. Intuitive Painting Immersion
If you like, play instrumental music.
Go to your canvas. Choose a color that resonates with your emotions from the life stages covered. Use your hands to move the color around, connecting with it physically. If you want, add more colors to express more emotions. Let your fingers create freely. There's no right or wrong - just let your feelings guide you without aiming for a specific outcome.
Avoid judging or controlling the result. Let your emotions flow as you paint. You're a vessel for creative expression!
Rotate your canvas to explore painting from different perspectives. Take photos during and after the session to recall your emotions and memories later.
4. Soul Writing
Read the instructions below, before you start completing the chart.
What type of feelings, emotions, sensations, words, thoughts, images and or actions can you remember the most from each early stage of your life mentioned in the meditation? Select the ones that stand out the most from embryo to the ages of 7/8 only. The associated thoughts may be from your own or from the adults/environment in your life at the moment. Complete the chart making brief notes.
Example:
Events/ Actions: Dancing with excitement at my cousin’s 10-year-old birthday party
Emotions: Great excitement
Actions/Behaviours/ Messages: ‘Stop being so rowdy! Not ladylike . . .’
Feelings: Embarrassed
Thoughts:
‘I’m dumb. I keep making mom upset.’ (my thought)
‘You can’t control yourself! ‘Always spoiling things.’ (other’s negative messages to us)

DEEPER EXPLORATION OF EMOTIONS AND BELIEFS
WORKING ON CHALLENGING EMOTIONS
OPTIONS: You can complete this section as described:
By listening to the Audio only
By reading the instructions only
By completing both: First the audio format and then the reading.
The audio and written formats are similar but not exactly the same. We find both interesting and valuable.
The emotions and thoughts on the chart complete in the Soul Writing section, have been the foundation for your limiting beliefs. You have subconsciously ‘absorbed’ these beliefs from others. Becoming aware of your current core negative beliefs will allow you to make new choices beyond them.
Let’s delve into the explorative exercise!
STEP 1: ‘WHERE DO THESE BELIEFS COME FROM?’
You go back in time and perhaps remember an adult in your life saying, “Money doesn’t grow on trees! You can’t have a new . . . .”
“You’re so clumsy.” “Life is very hard.” “It is a sin to ….” “It is not right to … “ “You are such a dreamer. Poor little thing.”
Other people’s judgments and criticism have been silently passed on to you, often through comments, tone of voice, body gestures, and even aggressive behaviour.
MAKE A LIST of the underlying core limiting beliefs you can recognize from childhood. These messages often begin with ‘You should … shouldn’t,’ Example: You shouldn’t expect good things in life because you never get anything right.'
The underlying core belief for you became: ‘I’m not good enough’.
Examples of negative core beliefs that we have unconsciously absorbed from others: I am not smart enough / I am a disappointment / I am unlovable / I am shameful (different) / I should have known better / I am a failure / I am powerless / I am inadequate / I can’t trust myself / I can’t trust anybody / I cannot stand up for myself / Only bad things happen to me / I am terrible / I am worthless
Step 2: GOING BACK IN TIME
Identify a negative emotion that you can link to a person or situation and trace it back to its origin, the very first time you felt it. You can work with more than one emotion at a time. Example, ‘anger’ ‘feeling powerless’ and so on. Choose an emotion you currently experience as an adult but you want to trace it back to a time you remember it from childhood. Avoid getting caught up in the narrative or details of the story; simply observe quietly without feeling too caught up in the situation or memory. Recall where and with whom you were at the moment. Were you alone or with others; what was happening around you at the moment? What were other people doing or saying. If you were alone, what were you doing, thinking and feeling at that moment?
STEP 3: IDENTIFYING THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION
You acknowledge that you've inherited limiting beliefs from close adults in childhood and or the society around you. Recognize the link between negative thoughts and their impact on your body. Choose the emotions from Steps 1 and 2 (e.g., anger, shame, fear, guilt, anxiety, sadness), and work with each individually. Identify its source and the beliefs formed around it. Shift your focus to your body—where do you feel this emotion most (head, gut, heart, neck and shoulders, knees, etc.)? Where is it stored or stuck in the body? Notice if there is any temperature or color linked to it. Breathe deeply as you deepen your awareness of the mind-body connection.
STEP 4: STARTING TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR EMOTIONS
By now you have traced back the origins of your limiting belief(s) and identified the earliest memories associated with the emotion(s). You have realized What/Who have caused this emotion and Where/How it is felt in the body. You are now feeling the sensations that those emotions have in your body, and where they are located, while staying focused on the present moment. Answer the following: If the emotion could speak, what would it say to you? Listen carefully and note the first message(s) words or images that come to mind. Write it down. You can repeat the same drill with each emotion if you feel like.
STEP 5: CALLING UPON YOUR WISE SELF for SELF-LOVE
Place your hands on the area of your body where you feel the emotion and ask, "What do you need from me today?" “What can I do for you?’ Listen attentively, breathe slowly, and write down the insights your emotions reveal. Next, put your hands on your heart, and feel its warmth. Bring to mind someone you love very much or your beloved pet and let that unconditional love fill up your heart. Connect with your wise self, and feel great love and care for yourself. Stay with the feelings of self-love and self-compassion for a while. Next bring into this circle of love the people you love and care for, a community, a town or city, the planet at large.
WE-SHARE
Haydee & Carly share their own experiences and insights.

BONUS!!
NEUTRALIZING CHALLENGING EMOTIONS AND PAIN.
You can use this tool now, or at any other time you feel in need to release or heal either physical or emotional pain.
This exercise helps lessen the impact of difficult emotions on your mind and body. Dr. Douglas Burns, in his book "Buddhist Meditation and Depth Psychology," recommends focusing on the core difficulty by naming the challenging emotion and reflecting on it. Choose a strong emotion, like 'anxiety,' and say to yourself:
“I am anxious… It is real… It is strong… It is a feeling…It has no truth outside my perception… Like all feelings, it will soon fade away… I am going through it, but I don’t have to act on it….”
Repeating these statements will help you interrupt the negative impact of these emotions in your body. This practice can also be helpful in relieving physical pain. Here's an example:
“My knee hurts . . . My pain is intense . . . My pain is real . . . The pain has no reality outside my knee. The knee pain is not who I am. I am (your name). I am a whole person . . . The pain is intense and real, but it is not me. I am experiencing this pain right now, but this knee pain is not Me. I am (your name), and I am aware that I am creating a space for myself so I can remove my personality from the pain that my knee is experiencing.”
When you say these words, you detach from the pain, separating it from your identity. This separation reduces the pain's impact on your body. Breathe slowly, aiming for six complete breaths per minute or less.
WE-REFLECT
Limiting Beliefs and Challenging Emotions
The EGG Process is about peeling the layers of emotions and connecting them with your underlying belief system. It is about observing the impact of the adults and the surrounding environments during the different developmental stages in your childhood and how they have shaped your own beliefs, thoughts, and emotions.
It was about observing how adults and environments in your past shaped your beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. Recognizing challenging emotions repeating themselves over time and making you feel stuck even today. This awareness strengthens the link between your mind and body. Believing in limitless creation influences your thinking. True change requires awareness and deep healing.
Carly and I have been on a lifelong healing journey, exploring various modalities that have helped us heal, reset, and grow stronger resilience and mindset. Personally, I found deep healing in sound therapy through the teachings and workshops offered by Tom Kenyon and Jonathan Goldman. Additionally, practices and philosophies like painting, journaling, poetry, prayer, yoga, connecting with nature, Shamanism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, and their respective rituals and ceremonies have played a significant role in my life. Exposure to diverse spiritual teachers and more recently traditional, as well as holistic, psychological approaches have further expanded my healing and awareness.
Healing and consciousness expansion are lifelong journeys. We choose the tools, teachers, and techniques that resonate with us at different life stages, building a valuable toolbox that fosters a limitless mindset and heart expansion.
Gandhi has beautifully expressed the ripple effect of our beliefs and thoughts, as follows:
Your beliefs become your thoughts
Your thoughts become your words
Your words become your actions
Your actions become your values
Your values become your destiny.
To embrace Limitless Creativity, we must replace fear-based patterns with beliefs that support growth and expansion.
Recognizing what doesn’t serve us helps reveal the link between fear-based beliefs and unhappiness. With awareness, we can shift our thoughts and behaviors toward self-healing, transformation, and expanded consciousness.
Identifying effective solutions requires living in the present, practicing self-care, and maintaining balance. Cultivating self-awareness and quality presence helps us detach from painful emotions and false ego-driven narratives.
How often have you been caught in a story loop—feeling stuck, blaming, or victimized? When we engage in drama, the mind may convince us that others control our lives. But we hold the power to rewire our beliefs. By stepping away from a victim mentality, we create space for new perspectives and authentic self-expression. This shift enables objective problem-solving, fostering self-healing and reinvention. Mastering awareness of our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors takes continuous practice and strong intention.
We encourage you to cultivate presence and awareness through activities like meditation, intuitive painting, journaling, yoga, exposure to nature, nurturing diets and movement-based practices such as sports. These experiences nurture self-healing and prepare the mind for growth and lasting change.
We also invite you to continue this workshop, which we believe will deepen your connection to a limitless mindset. As we say:
"Intuition is a gift from the soul, focus a gift from the mind, and attitude the path to limitlessness."
We look forward to seeing you in Stages 2, 3, and 4 of the Creating Your Limitless Self Workshop!
